Little Red Bike Century

We had a smaller crowd than last year, which was too bad, because we had a big and delightful (and slightly scary) farmhouse in Corinne.

The weather was beautiful the next morning when we started.

We were only 20 miles in when we got sandwiched by a super-aggressive, but not highly-skilled group and Nicole went down. She got road rash on her knuckles and knee and a big bruise on her hand, a rip in her jacket and her shoe.  I might have just cried and quit if I were her, but she's a tough one, so she just checked in for a bandaid at the next medical tent and kept pedaling.
The course went into Idaho!

I hate going fast. My top speed is usually 25 mph, so I really let it rip downhill this time.
Far enough!
