Panama City, Florida

The birds at Southport Park (probably not it's real name) lined up on the fence. This is where we have a little memorial for Grandma Doris, who passed away last year in October. We brought flowers and smiles on this beautiful day. In the photo below, I had just made a super funny joke so Nikki and mom are laughing. I think it's even funnier than they do.
We met the Mike, Pat, Tim, and Clancy families at Schooners on Panama City beach for lunch and I ate a whole soft shell crab in a sandwich. It was so good!

We flew a kite and the tough beach kids played in the cold-ish water.

I was freezing so I had to invest in a Schooners hoodie. If I've ever just disappear, look for me at Schooners. You could just look on the beach web-camera because I'll probably be waving like a maniac and eating a soft shell crab BLT and key lime pie.
Popa and Mom at Seaside
We went to Eden State Park (where they filmed the horror movie "Frogs") and Seaside (where they filmed "The Truman Show") and Panama City Beach (where they film "Cops: Spring Break") I had a great time with Nikki, the 'rents, the aunts, uncles, cousins. The weather was beautiful and our flight was only cancelled once. Shane and Shauna did a stand-up job of watching the kids when I flew off and TB was still in Seattle. Pete & Dan and Mitch fed the family healthful and delicious food. TB was an outstanding father and husband just like always. Just more intensely for four and a half days.
