Roundhouse Festival and Park City Art Festival

The kids and I went to Evanston for our second Roundhouse Festival.

Of course the kids rode on the garden train. We found out that this little train runs at a park in South Weber once a month, so we've added that to our train-list of things to do.
We rode the Gandy Dancer handcar! It's usually on display at the Union Station Museum. We really powered it down the rails at the Evanston roundhouse with a very nervous railman. He was sure that the kids were going to get killed or maimed on it. Jovie stuck her fingers in some grease, so we just got really greasy.

Half of the roundhouse is beautifully restored. Half is falling down.

After TB finished his yard work, he met us in Park City for the Art Festival on Main Street.

My favorite entry was the super cushy Gypsy Wagon. Expect to find me living in a field or a forest in one of these some day.
